Pasta with vegetable cream
Instructions
Blend peppers, apples and onions.
Heat 30 g butter with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, then add the cream, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons wine, salt, pepper and add the tomato paste.
Cook over high heat for 10 minutes.
Cook the pasta al dente, drain, place it in the pan with the sauce, add 400 g of cream, and the ham into strips.
Blow up for a few minutes and serve.
