Pasta with Octopus (Pasta con Il Polipo)
Instructions
Cut Octopus into pieces, wash it and put it to cook in a saucepan with water and salt.
When the polyp will have absorbed all the water, add the chopped onion and oil.
Brown, pour the white wine and tomatoes, deprived de seeds and cut into small pieces, add salt, pepper and add lots of hot water to cook the pasta.
Serve with chopped parsley.
