Pasta with zucchini
Instructions
Wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices.
Put the oil in a pan and when it is hot add Zucchini with salt and pepper.
Put to boil water for cooking pasta and meanwhile cut the mozzarella into cubes and beat the egg yolk with a little pepper into a bowl.
When the water boils put the pasta and when it is cooked, add the zucchini, stir, add the beaten egg yolk, stir again, add the mozzarella and optional chopped parsley, and then served on the table.
