Pasta del gobbler
Instructions
Put the pan on the heat with salty water.
While you wait that bubble, dadolini cut mortadella and put it in a saucepan with a bit of oil.
Let it FRY for a bit, then add tomatoes, capers and olives; throw the dough.
While the pasta cooks, add the sauce of pepper, salt and nutmeg.
When it is ready, drain, season and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta shells
- 250 g of mortadella (250 g pieces)
- 6 black olives
- 10 salted capers
- 200 cl of tomato paste
- Pepper
- Salt
- Nutmeg
- Water
- Olive oil
