Instructions
Bring salted water to boil for the pasta.
Dilute the ricotta with 3 tablespoons of water, then add the chopped anchovies, parsley and a pinch of oregano.
Work the cream mixture.
Cook angel hair, drain and toss with the ricotta, add salt and pepper and serve.

- 450 g of type angel hair pasta
- 300 g of ricotta
- 6 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- Chopped parsley
- 1 pinch of oregano
- Pepper
