Instructions

FRY in oil the finely chopped shallot, sliced celery, sliced Zucchini and pepper into strips.

Add salt, pepper, cover flush with water and cook for 15 minutes, then thicken the gravy.

Add parsley and chopped Basil.

Cook pasta and dress with the sauce, butter and Parmesan cheese.
