Pasta with chickpeas by marika
Instructions
The night before I left to soak the chickpeas, the next day I made them boil about an hour in a clay pot with a half onion, Bay leaves and celery gambit.
So I prepared a fried with Chili oil, a bit of onion and Bacon and celery finely chopped (little).
When the sauce was seasoned I added a little passed and I let it cook for a few minutes; I then added chickpeas and cooking broth and let Cook until they soften and I let it sit overnight.
On the evening of the dinner I put to boil the soup and then I added the egg pasta (noodles a little break) and I finished cooking.
I served with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil, pepper and grated cheese to taste.
