Pasta and potatoes (2)
Instructions
Bring dancing water with nuts.
Peel the have, wash them and cut them into cubes.
In a saucepan, sauté the chopped carrot, onion and celery, add the potatoes and tomatoes, pour the boiling stock, cover and simmer for about 45 minutes.
Lift the boil and add the mail.
When cooked leave the soup for a few minutes before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type razor clams pasta
- 300 g of potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 ripe tomato
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 costa of chopped celery
- 100 cl of water
- 2 nuts to soup
- 20 g of cheese
- Olive oil
