Instructions
Cut into slices the hearts of Palm and diced avocado.
Chop Basil and watercress.
Boil the peas.
Cook pasta, cool off and season it with vegetables, spices and a little oil Blend tuna, add a tablespoon of lemon juice, egg yolks and beat the sauce pouring a glass wire.
Add, little by little, the wine and cream.
Pour over pasta and serve.

- 300 g of tuna
- 2 egg yolks
- Lemon

- Basil
- 4 tablespoons of cream
