Cook pasta in canonical mode and when cooked, cool off under the Jet of cold water.
While the pasta cooks in a bowl crumble the tuna and lemon flesh into small pieces.
Add the parsley, capers and anchovies.
Combine the cold pasta and drizzle with olive oil and pepper.
