Cold seafood pasta
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water for 10 minutes, drain, cool under running water and put it on a ungendola tray with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Put In a pan with a little olive oil clams and cockles to get them open.
Cut the olives in wheels and prepared with 6 chopped basil leaves and some chives.
Put in a bowl of cold noodles, previously boiled shrimp and shelled, drained anchovies, clams and the hearts removed from shells, and chopped olives.
Stir well and add a bit of olive oil and a little ' pepper.

- 300 g of type pasta ditali
- 120 g of shrimp
- 12 pitted green olives
- 12 pitted black olives
- 8 marinated anchovies
- 8 cockles
- 8 cockles (walnuts)
- 6 leaves of basil

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- Pepper
