Shortcrust pastry
Instructions
Sift the flour onto the work surface by placing a fountain, make a recess in the Center and add the chopped butter, eggs, salt and sugar.
Knead the ingredients with your hands until you have a smooth paste and soda.
Do not knead dough over, because by doing so the butter would become too hot and the dough sbriciolerebbe.
Gather the dough into ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and keep in a cool place for 2-3 hours before using it.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of flour
- 150 g of butter
- 100 g of sugar
- == 1 whole egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
