Instructions

Make the fountain with the flour and sugar.

Put in half the butter into pieces (it must be cold), egg and zest.

Add a pinch of salt.

Work the ingredients quickly until a ball of dough.

Don't mix too much because otherwise it is crunchy after cooking.

Put it in the fridge 1/2 hour to rest.
