Savoury shortcrust pastry
Instructions
Sift the flour, collecting it on the countertop.
Arrange a fountain and download in butter, egg yolk and salt.
Mix thoroughly with a spatula, add water and knead the dough with your hands until it forms a smooth ball.
Work quickly so that they do not melt the butter.
Gather the dough into ball, wrap it up in a film and let it refrigerate for about 30 minutes, and then use the paste prepared as is required in each recipe.

- 250 g of flour
- 125 g of butter cut into cubes
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons of water
