Pastry without eggs
Instructions
In a bowl mix the butter with the sugar and a little grated lemon peel until you obtain a cream.
Mix and Sift flour and potato starch, arrange to fountain, well put the cream butter and knead quickly.

This cake has a finer taste than with eggs, but contains more butter.
