Pasta, potatoes and celery
Instructions
Chop a carrot and celery hearts, two season in a saucepan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the Diced Bacon, stir. Add the diced potatoes and pour in a quart of hot water. Cover and cook 30 minutes. Add a tablespoon of tomato paste, salt and pepper. Add water if necessary, place the pasta and bring to boiling. Serve with grated cheese.

- 200 g of type pasta ditalini
- 1000 g of potatoes
- 2 hearts of celery
- 50 g of bacon
- 1 carrot
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
