Strawberry Bavarian cream (2) (Bavarese Alle Fragole (2))
Instructions
Blend the strawberries and place in a saucepan with the milk, honey, gelatin sheets, previously softened and squeezed, the beaten yolks and the vanilla stick.
Bring to a boil and Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.
Delete the vanilla, pour the mixture into a mold moistened with a little brandy and let cool.
Put in refrigerator for 2 hours and unmold the Bavarian before serving.

- 240 g of strawberries
- 700 g of milk
- 20 g of honey
- 4 egg yolks
- 7 sheets gelatine
- 1 stick of vanilla
- Brandy
