Instructions
Beat veal slices are good.
Roll out the first slice at the bottom of a saucepan a little, shall stand; Sprinkle with some grated cheese and a pinch of salt; over lay a slice of mortadella and then a cooked ham; cover this first layer with a beaten egg.
Repeat the layers and finish with an egg omelette.
Bake in a water bath for 2 hours.
Turn the mess that will come off easily.
Lean over a weight and let it like this for about an hour.
Drain the liquid gelatinous texture that is formed, will serve as a garnish.
Cool the pie in the refrigerator.
You can also serve it the next day cut into slices.
