Strawberry Bavarian cream (4)
Instructions
Put in water to soak the sheets of isinglass.
Puree the strawberries and taken by twelve for the decoration, add sugar, the juice of half a lemon and zest.
Place the sheets of isinglass in a pan with a drop of water dissolve them and add them to the mixture of strawberries.
Stir the whipped cream, stirring gently.
Moisten a mold from the walls and rovesciatevi the scannellate compound.
Put in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Before serving dip the mold briefly in boiling water.
Decorated with strawberries kept aside.

- 500 g of strawberries
- 250 g of sugar
- 75 cl of cream
- 1 lemon
- 4 sheets of isinglass
