Salmon pie
Instructions
Open a small box of salmon, take it out and put it in a bowl where you pour three tablespoons fine bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, a whole egg and egg white, mix well with a wooden spoon and add salt because, typically, the salmon is already salty enough.
Then knead with your hands and give the mixture an elongated and narrow dome of salami, wrap this sort of salami in a clean linen cloth and squeezed and tie it all around.
Let it cook in a saucepan filled with water and boil for about an hour.
When it is cooked, remove from the Pan, remove the cloth and let cool, then cut into slices and served covered with mayonnaise flavored with some chopped capers.
You can also serve it with fried butter.

- 1 box of salmon
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Mayonnaise
- Some of capers
