Pastina in saffron broth
Instructions
In a soup pot Sauté briefly bared and sausage crumbled without much seasoning.
Pour over the stock and then add the pastina and simmer ten minutes or so.
Add the pinch of Saffron, mix and serve with grated cheese.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 80 g of type pasta stars
- 100 g of lean sausage
- 150 cl of broth
- 1 pinch of saffron
- Grated cheese
