Almond Paste (Pastine Alle Mandorle)
Instructions
Blanch almonds in boiling water, then peel them and chopping.
Mixing with the flour, sugar, egg and yeast, then make 1 stick rather thin and cut into slices.
Align them in a buttered cake plate 1 and bake, moderate heat for about 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and dust with powdered sugar.
