Instructions
Sift flour fountain on the table along with the yeast, make a hollow in the Center, put sugar, margarine, egg yolks and lemon peel.
Work quickly, then form dough balls as big as a walnut.
Immersing in slightly beaten egg white and place them apart on a greased baking.
On each ball to 1/2 almond or cherry, pressing it in the Centre.
Bake at 180 degrees already warm for about 20 minutes, putting the Pan in the oven half-height.
