Instructions
Peel, wash and cut the potatoes: a medium-sized potato the divide in two and then again in two (most are small before baking, then logically depends on whether the Cook with a roast is best cut bigger than if the Cook with fish). Important: dry well. In baking sheet put olive oil a lot, a little Rosemary, Sage, because it is very good to eat when cooked, garlic, chili (but also the pepper), and sometimes to change slightly the taste I put in place of the spices listed above, only fennel seeds. At this point add the potatoes around the oil well and are ready for the oven. Oven already warm at 180 degrees: put the potatoes and put the clock on 30 minutes: when will add the salt and leave in a 10/15 minutes. My tricks are: use a pan that doesn't face attack that then I break all I become a fury. Leave them alone until they begin to Brown, then around every now and then. Put salt when cooked, I think it's useful not to retain water in the potatoes which otherwise becomes almost lessa. For me the potatoes in the oven must be mixed: some crispy, some less.
