Herring potatoes
Instructions
Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins for 40 minutes in salted water.
Meanwhile, chop the herring, add mustard, herbs, olive oil, garlic peeled and squeezed with the appropriate tool, Apple peeled and grated and enough broth to make the sauce.
When the potatoes are cooked, peel them, cut them into cubes and coat with sauce.
