Potatoes in bechamel sauce
Instructions
Boil the potatoes in plenty of water with their Peel.
Peel them and cut them into rings.
Arrange overlapping slightly in a buttered baking dish, add salt and pepper.
Prepare the béchamel sauce, add the cream and pour over the potatoes up to pour.
Sprinkle the surface of grated cheese and let melt butter in a Bain-Marie.
Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and Bake until the surface is evenly browned.
Serve in the same pan.
