Potatoes with beer
Instructions
Cut into thin slices potatoes and onions and diced bacon.
In an ovenproof dish alternating layers of potatoes and onions, with here and there a few dice bacon.
Season with salt, add the beer and the cream and bring to a boil on the stove, then pass the dish in the oven already warm in 200 degrees and bake for 1 hour and a half.

- 600 g of potatoes
- 200 g of onions
- 50 g of bacon (sliced from 50 g)
- 25 cl of lager
- 200 g of cream
