Creamy potatoes
Instructions
Carefully wash the potatoes, boil in salted boiling water with the Peel, drain and let cool.
Soon after, peel them, cut them into cubes and pour into a pan-stick better if, in which you previously did melt the butter and let stand for a few minutes.
Add the cream and continue cooking for another 10 minutes on low flame.
When cooked, sprinkle with chopped parsley previously rinsed and dried with a paper towel, add a pinch of pepper and serve immediately very hot.
