Potatoes alla pizzaiola
Instructions
Thinly slice potatoes and onions.
Slice the mozzarella.
Place a layer of potatoes in a baking dish greased with oil; cover them with a few onion slices of mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, oregano and olive oil.
Repeat with the subsequent layers ending with tomato, olive oil, oregano.
Seal the baking dish with aluminum foil; Bake at 200 degrees for an hour.

- 700 g of onions of tropea
- 400 g of past peeled tomatoes
- 500 g of mozzarella
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
