Potatoes with ham and mushrooms
Instructions
Boil noodles until al dente.
Mix the mascarpone cheese with cream cheese.
Blow butter nuts, add the mixture of cheeses, salt and pepper.
Season the pasta with the cream, to taste grated Parmesan cheese.

- 380 g of type pasta tagliatelle verdi
- 50 g of mascarpone
- 50 g of cream cheese
- 50 g of butter
- 6 chopped walnuts
