Potatoes and onions
Instructions
Take a pan from oven, ricopritene the bottom with the potatoes cut into slices less than 1 cm thick.
Cover the potatoes with sliced white onion.
Sprinkle with a mixture of bread crumbs and grated pecorino cheese, work with salt without exaggeration.
Cover everything with red tomatoes cut in half with the skin facing upwards.
Season with plenty of oil.
Pour in the Pan so much water without cover the layer of onions, but only the potatoes.
Put in hot oven: when the water has dried out, the dish will be ready.
