Pan-fried Potatoes (Patate in Padella)
Instructions
Boil the potatoes in their skins.
Drain, dip in cold water, drain, Peel and cut into round slices 1/2 cm high.
Arrange in layers in a bowl lightly salting and leave to cool.
Heat the oil, add the peppers and saute very lively focus for 5 minutes until the oil marinate.
Pour it over the potatoes, mix without breaking them with a wooden spoon and serve immediately.
