Potatoes in sauce
Instructions
Wash and boil the potatoes.
Drain and let cool.
Peel and slice them.
In a bowl put the mascarpone cheese, yoghurt and mustard.
Mix until you get a creamy sauce and salt.
Clean the onions and beat together with the pepper, add to the sauce, mixing well.
Put sliced potatoes in a bowl and coat with sauce.

- 1000 g of potatoes
- 80 g of mascarpone
- 1 jar of yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 pickled pepper
- 1 onion
- Salt
