Potatoes stuffed with sausage
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and boil al dente in salted water.
Drain, cut them in half and svuotatele in order to get the boats.
In a saucepan, then heat a knob of butter with bay leaf, saucepan, then stripped and crumbled sausage.
Sprinkle with the white wine, let it evaporate, salt and pepper in moderation.
When cooked remove bay leaf, passed to the chopper with his sausage sauce and chicken meat.
Collect the past into a bowl, add three tablespoons of grated cheese and chopped parsley, fill with this mixture the potatoes.
Place in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle them with a little bread crumbs, drizzle with a little melted butter and place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Serve.

- 1 sausage
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 1 dram of dry white wine
