Chips in yoghurt
Instructions
Boil for 15 minutes, then drain the potatoes and let them cool.
Mix the yoghurt with the mayonnaise, lemon juice and egg yolk.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the potatoes and serve cold.

- 800 g of french novelle
- 1 jar of natural yoghurt
- 150 g of mayonnaise
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 egg yolk
