Wash the potato novels without removing the skin and dry with a kitchen towel.
In a large saucepan, then heat the butter with the oil, then add the Rosemary and clove of crushed garlic.
Add the potatoes, stir and cover.
Let Cook on a low flame until they buy a golden color.
Remove the garlic, salted and served well.
