Instructions
Mix chestnut flour into milk and boil for 10 minutes stirring constantly.
Sprinkle with candies, join the aleatico, stir and allow dough to rest until it is solidified.
Transfer into a mold box, sprinkle with sugar and sprinkle with the raisins.

- 100 g of chestnut flour
- 50 g of mixed candied fruit
- Vanilla sugar
- Sultanas
- 1 glass of milk
- Spray 1 of aleatico or other fortified wine
