Fish paté
Instructions
Boil as usual (water, a glass of white wine, smells) fish.
Let it cool, then remove and reduce it to a pulp with a fork.
Aside from chopped olives, capers and anchovies.
Mix, tying with mayonnaise, olive oil and lemon juice.
You don't need salt.
Allow to add a couple of hours at least.
Pâté smeared on slices of toasted bread in the oven still a bit warm.
