Smoked salmon paté
Instructions
Boil the potatoes, Peel, pass the potato masher.
Puree the chopped salmon with olives, melted butter, anchovies, salt and pepper.
Mix the pureed potato and past work to obtain a homogeneous compound.
Pour into a buttered mould, draw, the surface and place in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
