Tuna pate
Instructions
Boil the potatoes with salt and cold water.
Meanwhile prepare the mayonnaise.
When the potatoes are cooked, put them with the Mashers.
Please spend some potatoes with a little tuna.
When combined with compound butter, nutmeg, parsley and capers.
Stir to obtain a homogeneous compound.
Now roll the dough into the shape of fish or simply rectangular.
Put in a pot and cover with mayonnaise (possibly rather runny).
Decorate as desired.

- 200 g of potato
- 100 g of tuna
- 125 g of butter
- 30 g of parsley
- Nutmeg
- Mayonnaise
- 10 capers
