Peach daiquiri
Instructions
Remove the core at the ripe peach.
Place the white rum, lemon juice, peach liqueur and ripe peach in a blender with 3 tablespoons of crushed ice.
Mix at high speed for 1 minute until you get a creamy consistency.
Pay without going into an old fashioned glass.
Garnish with 1 piece of peach, candied cherries 1 and some fresh mint leaves.

- 2/4 white rum
- 1/4 lemon juice
- 1/4 peach liqueur
- 1 peeled ripe peach
- To decorate:
- 1 piece of fishing
- 1 candied cherries
- Some of leaves fresh mint
