Instructions
In a large crock put potatoes cut into pieces, chopped meat, sliced onions and halved cherry tomatoes, celery, oil, wine, salt, pepper, cheese.
Stir, cover with aluminum foil and bake in oven for 2 hours and more.

- 2000 g of sheep
- 1500 g of potatoes
- 1500 g of white onions
- 750 g of cherry tomatoes
- 1 celery
- 25 cl of white wine
- 150 g of grated pecorino cheese
- 70 g of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
