Baked penne
Instructions
Wash the clams, cut the cuttlefish into strips and shell the prawns.
Sauté garlic and parsley in 5 tablespoons of oil, then add the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the cuttlefish and continue cooking for another 15 minutes then put in shrimp and clam juice and cook until clams have opened.
Stir sauce penne cooked al dente.
Divide into 4 wrappers and bake at 250 degrees for 8 minutes.

- 300 g of type pasta penne
- 200 g of clams
- 100 g of clean cuttlefish
- 50 g of prawns
- 100 g of tomato pulp
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
