Bavette sicilian broccoli pesto
Instructions
Boil al dente broccoli.
In a blender put 3/4 with garlic, pine nuts, ricotta and blend doing down the wire oil until obtaining a cream.
In a bowl mix cheese pesto.
Cook the pasta in the cooking water of broccoli (and use 2 spoons to dilute the pesto) and serve with pesto.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 320 g of type pasta tips
- 500 g of sicilian broccoli
- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of grated pecorino cheese
- 1 teaspoon of ricotta crashes
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
