Bavette with parsley (2)
Instructions
In a Pan fry oil and finely chopped garlic to moderate heat.
Meanwhile prepare a very fine chopped parsley and very fresh basil (basic condition to guarantee flavour and aroma to the dish) and let it FRY for a minute.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of type pasta tips
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 glass of olive oil
- Salt
- 1/2 handful of parsley and basil
