Bavette with tuna
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water.
In a pan Sauté oil and crushed garlic and when the latter is golden, remove it.
Pour into the Pan crumbled tuna, 1 tablespoon tomato paste dissolved in water and continue cooking.
Pitted olives and wash the capers.
Just before removing from heat, add sauce, olives and capers.
Drain the pasta and dress with the sauce made by adding a sprinkling of chilli.

- 150 g of tuna
- 350 g of type pasta tips
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100 g of black olives
- 2 tablespoons of salted capers
- Tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Salt
- Sprinkling 1 of chili
