Instructions

Melt the butter in a frying pan combine the chilli, add concentrated tomato sauce diluted with hot water and let stand for a few minutes; pour the cream and, as soon as the sauce will have taken the boil, add the Vodka and Brandy.

Delete the chilli and add to the cheese sauce, stirring with a wooden spoon until the sauce looks very mantecata.

Seasoned with this sauce penne, rigatoni and dough hooks.
