Instructions

In a Pan fry in butter, the pancetta, cut into cubes, minced onion and chilli (to your liking). When the bacon is golden brown, add the tomatoes and a pinch of salt and after about 2 minutes the vodka that will evaporate for approximately 1 minute. At this point, remove the Pan from heat and add the cream. Pour the mixture over the drained pasta al dente, sprinkle with the Parmesan. Serve hot.
