Instructions
Peel leeks, cut into rings and braise them in a pan with 3 tablespoons of oil.
Then add the diced ham and after 3/4 minutes, the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the cream cheese and hot pepper to taste, and let flavour for a few moments.
Drain the penne al dente and season immediately with the prepared sauce.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.

- 400 g of type pasta penne rigate
- 250 g of tomato pulp
- 20 cl of cream
- 3 leeks
- 150 g of ham (from 150 g slices)
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Chili powder
- Salt
- Olive oil
