Penne with herbs
Instructions
Saute the garlic in a pan with oil, then add the Basil, parsley and chopped Mint and seasoning.
Cook the penne in abundant salted water, drain underdone, seasoning them with Herb oil, pepper and spolverizzarle cheese and serve.

- 500 g of type pasta penne
- 1 clove of garlic

- Grated pecorino cheese
